Terms of Service
These terms apply to use of Evolute Studio Pilot.
Pilot status
Evolute Studio Pilot is pilot-stage software. Features, interfaces, integrations, limits, and availability may change as the Pilot is evaluated and developed.
Authorized use
Use the Pilot only with accounts, projects, repositories, files, and connected services that you are authorized to access. Do not use the Pilot to bypass access controls, service restrictions, or applicable law.
Connected services
The Pilot can connect to third-party services such as Google Drive and Google Docs. Your use of those services remains subject to the third party’s own terms and policies. Availability of a connected service may affect Pilot functionality.
Google integration boundary
The Pilot requests Google Drive access so it can perform project workflows explicitly requested by the user. Connecting Google does not authorize Evolute Studio Pilot to use Drive content for unrelated purposes, advertising, or sale.
User responsibility
You are responsible for reviewing requested actions before authorizing them, choosing appropriate destinations and files, maintaining control of your connected accounts, and verifying important project outputs. You are also responsible for revoking access when it is no longer needed.
Availability and changes
The Pilot is provided for evaluation and project use without a promise of uninterrupted availability. Functionality may be modified, suspended, or discontinued, and these terms may be updated as the Pilot evolves.
